I keep buying strawberries because they taste so delicious and the 2# package is such a good deal but I'm running out of things to do with them that aren't fattening.  So we eat a bunch, then I cook up a bunch to use on oatmeal or pancakes and slice some for over cereal.  When I'm at a total loss I just freeze them for use later in smoothies or for cooking.  
I came upon these two recipes when looking at the Driscoll site that both look really good, even though I wouldn't consider them dietetic they would be great to make for company so I'm posting them here as a reminder.
